Earl Hines, CEA®, AWMA®
Earl serves as President and CEO of Hines Warner. He is a Certified Estate Advisor, Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, and member of the National Ethics Association. Earl is a respected author and public speaker, and has been featured as a financial expert in Medicine in Oregon, a publication of the Oregon Medical Association and in the online investment magazine, SeekingAlpha.com. His first book, Fearless Retirement, was published in 2009. Prior to co-founding Hines Warner, Earl worked for Intel and IBM Corporation for over 17 years, serving in a variety of executive management roles. Active in our community, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America® Oregon. From 2000 to 2011, Earl was an active volunteer for CASA for Children in Multnomah and Washington Counties, serving most recently on its Board of Directors as President. Earl graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in 1993, received his AWMA® accreditation from the College of Financial Planning in 2008, and holds Series 63 and 65 securities licenses.

Greg Warner, MBA, AWMA®
Greg serves as Vice President of Hines Warner. He has been a financial services professional for over ten years and prior to Hines Warner spent seven years at Raymond James where he implemented numerous asset management solutions for high net worth individuals. He is responsible for client portfolio construction, asset allocation strategies, and leads the firm's Investment Committee. Greg is active in his community and currently serves on the Resource Development Board for Cares Northwest a non-profit, community-based medical program for the assessment, treatment and prevention of child abuse. Greg graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2000, received his MBA from Portland State University in 2008, and his AWMA® accreditation from the College of Financial Planning in 2009. He holds Series 63 and 65 securities licenses. |

Steve Eckhardt
Steve is a Wealth Advisor with Hines Warner. He is a 20 year veteran of the financial services industry, with a distinguished career of helping clients build and manage wealth. Prior to his affiliation with Hines Warner, he was an Investment Advisor with Raymond James Inc. for ten years. Steve received his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business from the University of Colorado in 1986, and returned to his native Oregon to join Citigroup / Smith Barney. Building upon his rapidly successful career, Steve left the limitations of the big board firm to pursue the impartiality and independence offered by a Registered Investment Advisory practice. He holds Series 63 and 65 securities licenses. |

Sarah Miller, RP®
Sarah is a Registered Paraplanner® and Hines Warner’s Client Services Associate, responsible for client communications and back-office operations. She assists the firm's advisors in preparing financial plans, tracking and proactively closing client service tasks, preparing and processing new account and transfer paperwork, scheduling client meetings, and overseeing the firm's back-office. Sarah graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Certificate of Global Management from the University of Oregon. She is an Evans Scholar Almunus, and double majored in Business Administration and Japanese, while concentrating in Finance and International Management. |
